Ida makes decisions every day – big and small ones. She chooses what clothes to buy, what to eat for lunch and whether she should quit her job. She lives her life self-determined and free. But all of this stems from one brave decision: She freed herself from an abusive relationship after seeking help from the helpline.‍ A film made for women and by women.
